Golf societies

Can members give me some idea of a golf society, which is both reasonable socialable, and very well priced. Reading through some of these posts, paying upwards of £30 for a round does not seem that cheap., and further more it looks as if it could be more £60 on occassions. Is it because HH is such a...

Golf IN HH

I looked at the real estate options in and around BM. Seemed expensive to me. I was doing some further research, and was informed that there is a number of local golf societies that play the course in and around HH for much much less than the tourist fees charged ! Is this no longer the case then ? ...

Mac

By using a Mac, does one avoid a lot of the PC problems? Is Thailand a good place to buy one or should HK be the place of purchase?

daft question perhaps

Do all you guys and girls have Domains set ups for business purposes, that may not be easily traced, or simply because it is a more efficient way to send e-mails. Apart from real-estate and tourism related activities, is there much truly going on or is it really chasing overseas bucks Have I read so...

Lucky devil

Well whilst none of you know me, I would be delighted to play a bit of tennis in HUA HIN. Sadly my standard is restricted by my largeish frame. As for the Mens final, I was there on the Sunday, fantastic, best match it has ever been my privilege to watch. ATMOSPHERE was immense, gut wrenching drama....

A Good body!

Identify several neutrals that have no vested interests. Then praise developments, and developers. Only if the identified all agree should the builder/estate agent /development/etc etc be given stars . However if you cannot trust yourselves then how will you trust others. Golden rule is buyer beware,...

avalon

If people believe Avalon is a quality build, then you deserve everything that befalls you. If one thinks Avalon is well priced and delivers for you, then that may well be the case. Prices at the start of project were very very reasonable, but quality no. As I say I have looked at Avalon, and Camelot...

Avalon

Both my wife and I visited Avalon and Avalon 2 . The simple fact of the matter was a poor build quality and certainly poor design of the zone in general. Avalon 2 is better, but build quality is still poor. Most people should see that. Clearly in Thailand Buyer beware. I actually really liked the ch...

Massages

Does anyone have any positive or negative comments about Dhalia Spa. I used that place really clean, I think my wife and I paid 450 BHT for two hours of full body oil massage. Really nice, had them in other spots of Thailand, but nothing matched some of the girls in this place. I also tried my first...

visa`s

Good Information. Sad to hear about lack of tennis set-up. That said Golf might make up for it. As for golf well I am sure I will enjoy playing a few rounds with a some social players, in the early days. First things first is choosing Ch am or Hua Hin to try out ..or further south. All this exciteme...

Really useful information both on the golf front and visa issues.
Can you tell me if there is a good friendly tennis club in Hua Hin?
