Condo/Apt or hotel room wanted

Hi, Looking for 4 week minimum rental with internet in-room (decent connection if possible?) for work and ideally a gym and balcony.

Something reasonable and comfortable ie. with fridge/small kitchen, satellite tv, balcony, sitting/lounging area. Doesn't need to be like the taj mahal so long as it's clean and resonably secure/safe area.

Sounds like a lot to ask? Well i'd prefer to be in comfort and get the spec right. If any of you can assist i'd be pleased to hear from you.

Hello, I would also be interested in some suggestions along that line. or a very good well priced hotel, with good facilities .
but for just two or three weeks.
As a matter of interest, is golf in Pattaya as good as in Hua Hin
