there is actually something called "white coat syndrome" , where people get nervous around their doc, but since your BP is high when you check it at home, i don't think thats the case. look out for hidden salts. canned foods, sodas, deli meat, are all high in sodium. It could be from some ...

thats good to see that you are changing your lifestyle. Try to keep you Hemoglobin level A1C below 6 and you should be fine. Also, i tell my patients to use cinnamon as a alternative to sugar. It actually helps you to lower your blood glucose and cholesterol levels while acting as a sugar substitute.

actually, i saw it on a show called "three sheets", they did a bangkok special.
They also tell you not to touch a person on the head, very disrespectful. hard to imagine why someone would do that in the first place.

may sound like a stupid question, but when i look up the address for dustin to find hotels around there, its address is hua hin/cha am. is it in hua hin or cha am? only hotel with an address for both towns. please help, have to book a room soon
