thanks for the info cook. i know in alot of other countries, if your caught without a license, your $$ acts as one. glad to see its not like that in hua hin

You will certainly get away with that as far as the police are concerned, but considering how easy and cheap it is to get an international license, it’s worth getting one just to save problems with insurance in case you have an accident.
