I am sorry to learn that Dr. Mike is no longer working at the Bangkok Hospital. I, for one, have greatly appreciated his liaison between this forum and the hospital.

Another knock-on effect of the flooding: Went to S.E.Pharmacy in Bangkok yesterday - none of my heart medication or blood pressure medicine was in stock. I was told that the supplier was under water in Ayuttaya. Most ATMs in lower lying areas have been emptied.

I had a follow up visit today to the visiting cardiologist, Dr. Prachuep. Once again I was very impressed with the efficiency, politeness and professionalism of everybody with whom I had contact.
The new outpatients area is now open and the waiting has been minimised.

I have used it on three occasions - very professional. They do full cardiac checks but not sure about the surgery.

I am very impressed with the new centre run by cardiologist Dr. Polpat. Located on Petchkasem Road about 20 metres from the main branch of the Bangkok Bank.
