Hi Just for you I will write a longer message than usual.. Was the young cardiologist - Dr.Polpat Euswas ? If so, he recently opened the Hua Hin Heart Clinic. I actually know him from when he was at Chula in Bangkok. Well versed in the noble art of heart repair.

As mentioned in another post.. nitro spray is much more effective. Have not been able to get in Thailand but well worth asking someone travelling overseas to get for you.. I use Nitrolingual Pumpspray...

I just noticed this new clinic a few days ago. Is it open and has anyone else used it? Is it just for people who already have heart problems or do they do general cardio checkups? Cost? Do they actually perform surgeries or procedures in the clinic or at Hua Hin Hospital?

I have used it on three occasions - very professional. They do full cardiac checks but not sure about the surgery.

I am reserecting this thread to sing highly the praises to Dr Palpot of the Hua Hin Heart clinic i have been his patient since my last arythmia hospitalisation
I was impressed at my first visit with his medical philosafy, by stating His aim was to reduce my medication to the MINIMUM required to achieve the desired result
to that end i am now 23.5 kilogrammes lighter (I was112 Kg i am now 88.5 Kg in less than 3 months) i bike ride daily and have made it to Cha Am and back without an ambulance i have cut my smoking by 2 thirds and Dr Palpot has cut my medication input by approx 75%
He has been caring supportive and extremely thoughtfull throughout my marriage break up

I cannot speak highly enough of my gatitude to this young Doctor
I also wish to thank HHADfan for his support sound advice and active encouragement

Sorry for delay in replying KD but had to see doctor last night to get my previous menu

MY Weght last night down from 112 kg to 85.8 kg a loss of 26.2 kg in 3 and a half months

previous
Aspirin 81mg 3 times a day
Enalpril 5 twice morning and night
Simvastatin 40 mg twice a day morning and night
Propanolol 40 mg twice a day morning and night
monolin 20 mg 3 times a day
Clopidogrel 75 mg 3 times a day

That was 5 months ago there was even more under the hospital doctor

now
Aspirin 81 one in the morning
Enalpril 5 one in the morning
Bestatin 20 mg one in the morning
Betalol 20 mg one in the morning

I have an optional tablet availabe now VIAGRA

Doctor Polpat has also arranged a hernia operation for next month

I will then be like a rebored racing duck

A tourist friend george has sorted out a teeth cleaning appointment

and HHad Fan is supporting me by stopping the fags on the 8th of Feb

The ONLY problem now is even the trousers i brought with me in 1998 are toooo godddam big

Oh and by the way Mr Plum not a single NANO SECOND or SATANG wasted on alternative medicine unless you count the 5,000Bt for my bicycle i await your PREDICTABLE REPLY my doctor is trying to kill me i am wasting away
Or maybe its a conspiracy between my doctor and the tailors in this town to fleece me for a new wardrobe

Sounds good Sarge go easy on the V's, too much of a good thing and all that.

There is another pill that stops you having too much sex. The man puts one in his shoe and it makes him limp.
