Hi there if I come to thailand on a retirement visa can my wife who is Thai bring her car in and not pay duty as she is are terming Thai national?

the monthly wage for an unskiled thai lady is only 5000 to 7000bht
working in factory ect but if she is a bar girl 20000 will be very low
for her,my girlfriend lives in a village near udon I send 6000 bht a month
