Yes, you are missing something. I currently get the judging sheets back, then I have to mark them. I then have to collate the resultant scores and sort them into order. Please believe me, this is very time consuming, and that is a huge task that will go.

A single judge will simply return a judging paper with entries marked 1 through to 5 - I transcribe that onto the thread page and announce the winner.

My task is reduced by 60 to 90 minutes each week  .
Championship Plymouth Argyle 1 - 2 Leeds Utd

Points 46; Position 23 RELEGATED

Thank you. Now I've got it. One judge for one competition and your input and collation is simplified

Are you sure you want to continue with it? It will be a great loss if it closes down :(
It was something you started up, a very popular topic. I for one, look forward to it, even though I never win

Simply hadn't appreciated the effort and time you put in BB .... Certainly do now and hope a win-win solution can be found where you can reduce the time put in and the competition can also continue. A very big hand for your efforts over the years - a very popular and fun part of the forum.. :thumb:

And now that the DM/Bristolian stranglehold has come to an end for at least one week..... :neener:

I'm willing to do this. There's nothing at stake here, so I assume there are no trust issues involved.

The Miss "Drug Smuggler" 1923 beauty pageant had become a little, well, obvious.
