Bangkok Hospital in Hua Hin
Re: Bangkok Hospital in Hua Hin
We're five months since the last update. I see the group now advertising with a full page on the back cover of The Observer, although it's for their BKK facility. Are they open now in HH or close to it? Pete

Hi Pete, I would hazard a guess they are a long way off yet, as dove past the other day and from what I could see through the hoardings the superstructure to the main building was still not complete. Looked like a big open-sided shell so would think their '2010 opening' is in jeapordy. I only got a flash look though as driving, it's not far from me though so will stop one day soon and put some pics up, I may have missed something.prcscct wrote:We're five months since the last update. Re: Bangkok Hospital in Hua Hin
I have been reading with interest about this hospital all 14 pages, and I have been impressed with the input of Dr Mike.
I usually go to Bumrungrad for my yearly checkup, but it is getting expensive when you include a taxi fare. A friend told me that Bangkok hospital had an opening special on full check up. 10.700 baht during February. So went along and agreed to have the check up. I was very impressed by the nurses all immaculate all smiling and very helpful. The check up took nearly 4 hours, all equipment is state of the art and so was the service.
At the end I was informed that one Doctor had not turned up so there would be a wait to see the Doctor. I was given the choice to leave and make an appointment or wait to see the doctor. I decided to wait as I was keen to see the results. I was given a voucher for lunch at their little cafe, a nice gesture. I did have to wait a long time. One of the ladies who was in front of me told me the Doctor is brilliant so helpful and informative. I have to say I was very impressed, every thing was explained in detail and I left feeling 100 % The results will be posted to my home with in 3 days and I received them today. I will sleep much easier at night knowing we now have a top class hospital in Hua Hin. Doctor Mike you have a new disciple.
