I'm on my third group practice in less than 5 years and in my experience, none have been keen to prescribe unless absolutely neccessary.

have you tried sudocrem, better than both the creams you mention
Remember, no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
SJ Where did you ever get the idea that crack and meth are "advertised"on US TV? Have ever SEEN American network TV?
You seem to have a LOT of ideas about the US and Americans that I can't fathom.
Bizarre!

Lover of the OP may like these lyrics to "Psychotherapy" by Melanie Safka (you can download it somewhere)
Sung to the tune of Battle Hym of the Republic
Oh mine eyes have seen the glory of the theories of Freud,
He has taught me all the evils that my ego must avoid.
Repression of the impulses resuling paranoid
As the id goes marching on.
Glory glory psychotherapy, glory glory sexuality,
Glory glory now we can be free as the id goes marching on
There was a man who thought his friends to him were all superior
And this complex he imagined made life drearier and drearier
Till his analyst assured him that he really was inferior
As the id goes marching on.
Glory glory psychotherapy, glory glory sexuality,
Glory glory now we can be free as the id goes marching on
Do you drown your superego in a flood of alcohol - or something else -
And go running after women till you're just about to fall.
You may think you're having fun but you're not having fun at all
As the id goes marching on.
Glory glory psychotherapy, glory glory sexuality,
Glory glory now we can be free as the id goes marching on
Oh sad is the masochism, the vagaries of sex
Have turned half the population into total nervous wrecks.
But your analyst will cure you, long as you can pay the cheques
As the id goes marching on.
Glory glory psychotherapy, glory glory sexuality,
Glory glory now we can be free as the id goes marching on
Is your body plagued by aches and pains that you can't understand
Compound fractures ingrown toenails, floating kidneys, trembling hands,
There's a secret to your trouble: you're in love with your old man
As the id goes marching on.
Glory glory psychotherapy, glory glory sexuality,
Glory glory now we can be free as the id goes marching on
Good news for those who are having trouble controlling their cheerfulness. The new anti-cheerfulness drug 'Despondex' has been approved by the FDA. The poor sufferer in this video thankfully found some relief... http://www.drugchannels.net/2009/02/fda ... ondex.html
'The era of blockbuster drugs is coming to an end – not because of patents running out but because patients, the court system, and the medical profession have declared a war on drugs, and Big Pharma is losing'.
"Let no one who has the slightest desire to live in peace and quietness be tempted, under any circumstances, to enter upon the chivalrous task of trying to correct a popular error."---William Thoms
Mr Plum You have single handedly diagnosed and treated my depression of over 50 years! Great work! Someone has been slipping Despondex into the LA water supply clandestinely for years and I didn't know it till now No wonder all the other pills didn't work.
Video LOL hilarious. The Onion is a subscriber type online "newspaper" here in the US. I once subscribed to the hard copy version.
Did this REALLY fool anyone?
Still laughing. Laughter IS the best medicine. DQ

As a Diabetic, Insulin would be at the top of my list.
I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.
K1975 Better than insulin, from relatives that have done so, is EXERCISE. After exercising for a few months, my daughter in law's mother COMPLETELY got off insulin and lost a bunch of weight as well. When she stopped, the weight returned as did the insulin. Just sayin'. DQ
