Thanks for your reply and info...I'm from Australia and like most western countries internet access is as common as 7/11's in Thailand...

hey guys, I travel to Hua Hin 3 or 4 times a year...there's lot's of free wi-fi hot spots in bars & motels etc offering same...Hua Hin citywide is also free but just doesn't do the job...Thailand is in the process of getting up to speed with 3G...recently a Bangkok post article advertising True ...

sand inn is good value for money and is run by a thai family, clean rooms, room safes, cable tv, they just got wi fi internet, good pool, laundry service, taxi service to anywhere you want to go, rooms facing poon suk rd are a bit noisy so go for rooms overlooking pool, good bar and big screen tv's....
