I have had information from a colleague who is at present resident at Chutikran that this developer has now deprived the residents of street lighting and the only street light that is illuminated is outside her "Palatial Palace". Not ONE owner on the development wanted her living there and...

Yes she built the house on land that everyone was led to believe when buying their properties that would be the communial area.
