This is good news for both the developers and buyers alike. Sure there gonna be mighty busy but an arbitary body is the way to go , just hope they dont get to headstrong.

Paying as you go is foolhardy and could cost you your retirement in an extreme case. I dont know about "one night in Bangkok" but one night in San Paulo cost me in excess of 20,000 THB and thgey didnt exactly do a lot. BUPA is a lot cheaper than the UK, there are others as well. Suggest yo...

Steve G is 100% right. Hope this is the end although unfortunatly its probably only the beginning. If Mrs G attitude has anything to go by I dont think this is going to go down to well with the rural Thais.

Mrs G tells me that the "government" have allready said there will be a general election on the 24th December this year. I cannot remember reading this anywhere. Is this true?, or has she drempt it up?.

Found this on the net. 2005 over 200,000 Brits left thats nearly 4000 a week. Knew it was a lot but did not realise it was that many.Glad I got out when I did.

I went in boxing day to have a very infected wisdom tooth removed. Total bill including antibiotics a whooping 827 THB.
