Re: Tourism set for B1bn revival plan

I don't see much benefit in giving 6 month Visas. I think the current problem is that the '2 weekers' are not coming. 6 month Visas would surely be open to abuse by some.

Gawd strewth what are they like? Without foreign investment and input there'd still be only one hotel in Bangkok suitable for tourists, no Sky Train, no subway, no Friendship Bridge, no silk exports... and they'd probably all be speaking Japanese. :banghead: I think the message is, to stop those th...

Thailand, I believe is quite a leader in South East Asia. TSE1 in Kanchanburi was the first large scale Solar farm in Kanchanab...

Re: German dies of soft drink overdose

I think just crap reporting and a glamorous headline Pete

Actually the cause of death was stated clearly by the Doctor, and I'm sure is a very common cause of death in the 80+ Age Group.
A doctor on duty at the hospital said the woman died of heart failure caused by poor nutrition.

Dual Pricing exists in UK and Europe and everywhere.

I don't think it needs to be a subject of complaint, and guys, you really are using up a lot of energy, feeling bitter over something that is quite normal
