I don't post this to scare anyone, but it's good to know about them and the disease as they are present in fresh water in Southeast Asia. Perhaps in city or bore supplied water as well. I just saw a show about a girl in the USA who went swimming, they entered her nose and brain and she was dead in a week or so. Knowledge is power so please be aware during any outings to rivers or waterfalls. Pete :cheers:
