I am thinking of a few nights in samet, possibly in July, I would like to know if any of you have been , I am looking for a good hotel with a beach and nice restaurants nearby .any recommends ? Thanks in advance..

I think that Bangkok deserves to win.
World class shopping , amazing temples, beautiful hotels and so much more, I have visited Bangkok and I love. It, although we were there in June and decided we were a bit 'Bangkoked ' out, but I am sure we will be back some day.

August 2004. It was just for 3 nights, we were on a 4 centre Thai holiday , we stayed at the Anantara and I loved it , we had some great meals in the night market area and had beautiful weather.

Happy I have found a forum dedicated to HH , been 3 times, probably going back next year, stayed twice at the Anantara and once at the Centara.
