Hua Hin Dental Clinic charged Bht800 a few months ago, and Dental 2000
around Bht1000 12 months earlier, but please read this thread for further information.

Here's a website which has a price breakdown for various dental procedures, as well as some contact numbers and addresses for some HH dentists.

Not sure how old the info is, but it seems pretty up to date using the prices for a cleaning mentioned above. I assume the prices are an average, rather than being the same for each individual dentist office.

No problem with this or any recommendations, our linking policy however does not permit links to competing websites - for obvious reasons.

Thanks.

Instead of starting a new thread, thought I'd revive an old one after looking around.

I'm thinking about doing laser whitening in Hua Hin when we come over. After years of coffee, the pearly whites aren't.

Anyone have experience, good or bad, to share?

Also wondering about the costs?

Thanks

I'm sure MR Plum has the receipt for tooth whitening...
by the way, has anyone -except for Ryder - had an implant done in HH?

An interesting topic with many differing responses - having been to dentists in UK, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and South Korea - all with differing levels of hygiene and practices. I have been wondering where to visit for a check-up once i get back to Hua Hin so will have to research some more.

There are as many different experiences and opinions about dentist clinics as there are clinics. I would suggest that drive around to visit various clinics before making up you mind. Most dentists in Hua Hin have a relatively high level of professionalism. What you want to look out for is the cleanliness of the clinic. Unhygeinic conditions do exist in some clinics which otherwise have a fine facade. I decided to change from a highly reputable and most capable dentist because I found his toilet to be no less than filthy. So- walk or drive around and look inside. You can always ask to use their toilet before you make an appointment. :thumb:
