There are regular meetings taking place to form it, next one is first weekin Aug I believe.
It's going slower than many would like, but the complex nature of it and the number of businesses and personalitites involved make it a complex task.

Not sure you'll see anything 'concrete' for a good few months yet.
Hope I'm wrong.

So, August came and went, as did September. We're now getting near the end of October. Still no update :?

I've looked at the Private thread which active participants thought they needed to enable themselves to discuss things unhindered - no discussion since 14 Jun 08

Can I safely assume that putting the discussion behind closed doors has firmly done what many predicted - killed the discussion?

Can we please have an update, even if it was simply another pipe dream that was destined to go knowhere? Surely you guys who took the challenge on to benefit so many have some sort of responsibility to report back.

Many of the initial participants were concerned the direction it was heading, myself included, and stopped involvement for the time being.

The original organisers are still holding progress meetings with other members and attempting to get it done.

I assume the hiccup, as explained above, put it back a fair bit time-wise.
Can we please have an update
You've asked the question, hopefully someone will provide the update.

It's good to know that things are still going on. Whilst I don't expect the minutes of the meeting to be published here, it would be nice to see a few bullet points summarising what is going on occasionally.

Thank you for the re-assurance Crazy88 - it's good to know that they're looking after you while you're trying to represent the masses
