Derby down for sure,probably Fulham.
The other place, any one from Birmingham,Readingand Wigan but Newcastle are in freefall and will have to be careful.

Coming up,the Championship is so close.
Stoke,Watford,WBA,Bristol City,......two of those four up automatically.
The other two play off places....Crystal Palace & Ipswich.

As probably the only Palace supporter, and former shareholder, in Thailand, I hope you are right.

But Palace's trips into the Premiership always end in tears.

Readings run in is horrendously difficult ....

Derby
Reading
Birmingham for me.

Would be nice to see other sides in the Prem league that havent had a crack.... Stoke, Cardiff to name a couple

Zidane,

What happened to the in-form team Plymouth Argyle? You are obviously going by reputation, not actually noticing the recent shrewd transfer market actions by Paul Sturrock.

They may have been the bookies favourites for relegation, but they'll be there at the death.

Points 51; Position 21
Consolidated - Championship Next Season

Hi Big Boy,
No I'm not discounting Plymouth because its so tight at the top.Charlton and Cardiff must fancy their chances as well.
Since Ian Holloway left and you got Paul Sturrock back you have been doing great.
Its good that nearly half the division can still harbour dreams about playing in the Premiership next season.

Same with the Premiership....nice to have three teams fighting for the title.
Remember a couple of seasons ago when Chelsea had the title sown up before Easter......so boring.

Zidane,

Sturrock is an excellent manager, and has a fantastic record with Plymouth - that is a fact, and only a fool would dispute that.

The thing I was hinting at was the very shrewd dealing undertaken by Sturrock during the January transfer window. He let other teams panic buy some of his decent players for millions, and then searched the world to get even better players for a song. In that month he significantly strengthened the team, whilst making about £5M profit.

Admittedly, there had to be a period of disruption while players went, and new players settled in, but now they are on a promotion role, and the only points I can see them dropping in the near future might be away to West Brom next week.

Don't underestimate the Green Army - the bookies did

Big Boy,
Yes,I agree with all you say about Sturrock.
He did a great job for you first time around and also got Swindon and Sheffield Wednesday promoted.
He never got a chance at Southampton and just look where they are now !
Good luck for the rest of the season, hope your boys make it !
