Looking for Dad's cousin

Tourism Bureau told me some teachers post to this site, so I'm looking for help in locating my dad's cousin whom we have not heard from since the 2004 tsunami. He is an 82-year-old American that has lived in Thailand for well over 20 years and is married to a Thai woman. He taught English at the Hua Hin Wittayakhom School. Any idea how I can start a new search for him? Thanks for any assistance.
