Does anyone know about these properties for sale just outside Hua-Hin ?
Price for a two bed villa seems reasonable but does anyone know anything about the area ?
Any experiences,good or bad ??

this project will never be built.
i know for sure they have land title problems,they have started to build 2 houses which have now been left unattended upto plate level for 5 months.
people who have brought here are trying to get deposits back!!!!!!!!

We looked at this project if it is the same as Manyana Park. So sad if it is as it is in such a beautiful area. Bought else where closes to town centre. Looking forward to moving to Emerald Hill in February..

If the above is true, I am surprised that HHAD continues to run advertisments for them. Perhaps admin would like to comment.
