The next 8 hours were just constant out the top or mainly out the bottom.
Absolutely no sleep and the stomach and leg cramps were unbeleivably painfull.
I got up and rushed to the downstairs khazi but before i could close the door (fortunately for me)I blacked out completely and came to with mrs sarge pulling my arm out of the socket my head splitting where i head butted the toilet pedestal of its mounting
An ambulance was called it arrived in 15 mins and 4 medics put me on a gurney and of to Hua Hin Hospital i went 3 medics holding me down due to the cramps
A doctor arrived after 35 mins apologising that they were inundated a drip was attached and an injection given which immediately stopped the cramps thank god one litre of drip was given and then a further half a litre plus another injection a small parcell of pills was also aquired the doctor wanted to keep me in but apologised they had no spare beds
I explained i was not wishing to stay anyway he explained that i had become hyper dehydrated and should have come in a lot earlier silly me
it has taken until now to get my energy levels back a warning to not let it go that far if it starts go to hospital
Total cost ambulance doctor 1.5 litres 2 injections and 4 days of tablets 672 baht service excelent under difficult circumstances for the doctor and staff Hua Hin Hospital will keep my patronage
