Hi to all,
As some of you already know I was in the process of selling my company, the 8 year building lease (the Rent paid in full until June 2007) and the company’s inventoried stock and then my husband decided to stop a sale, that was three days away from completion and would have more than replaced the money we used to initially set up my business, and had the lease changed into his name. He said he would buy me out however he has now reneged on that offer. As I now have proof that the change in lease was done illegally I would very much like some input into what I should do next. I have several options and they are:
1/ Drop the sale price so that the buyer can employ a solicitor
2/ Employ a solicitor myself (a little difficult as I am not in Thailand)
3/ Sign my company over to a friend so that they may do what needs to be done
4/ Give my company away
5/ Let him get away with [edited by OP]
Does anyone have any other suggestions or opinions on this matter?
