Have you booked with them direct, or via a booking agent? It's still taking bookings, but seems very busy.

I've just looked at reviews on TripAdvisor and one from April says, "We loved this place but unfortunately it’s closing as of 1/6/25."
And no reviews since the end of May.

I wonder what would have happened if I had tried to pay? I just checked agoda, and it was saying things like, 'sold out for your dates', then on another date, it was 'last room available', or some such words.

Edit: Jetstar must have had some arrangement with the hotel, as they are reporting that it's closed until March 9th, 2027 (subject to change).
