Go to a GP, I did years ago. Ready in no time. Try BeWell.

I had three in short succession! I went to Bangkok Hospital, walked in with no appointment, was seen pretty quickly and operated on there and then. One important piece of advice I got, was to get my toe nails cut professionally, been doing that ever since, and never had a problem since.

For the op's you mean? Not really, it was a few years ago now. I remember being pleasantly surprised.
Edit to add that I wasn't using insurance, I think hospitals pump up the prices if insurance is used
