Shane Paulsen (a.k.a. Takiap) RIP

It was with great sadness yesterday evening that I learnt of the passing of one time forum stalwart Shane from his eldest daughter, Kaylene.

Shane passed away yesterday morning as a result of heart problems.

I have asked Kaylene to advise funeral details when known.

I have not seen Shane for several years I am sorry to say. Always posted sensible posts and advice.
Condolences to his family. RIP old friend.
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil know`s you`re dead!

Yes, I never met him personally but he used to be an active member of the forum, RIP.

A crying shame, he was a lovely bloke and very interesting. He inspired me to create a sidecar to take the dogs to the beach. I was wondering where he'd got to and hoping he was ok.

Would you kindly convey my condolences to his family.
I had a few exchanges with him regarding Thai wives.
He didn't make it to OAP status.
