Best time of year to start long-term condo rental

Post by Siam »

Hi! What is the best time of the year to enter into a long-term rental contract (1 year+) for a condo in Hua Hin (Khao Takiab), please? Or are the pricing differences over the year for a long-term rental really insignificant so this does not matter? Thank you.

I personally would think that the time units have remained vacant would be the motivating factor for the owner/condo complex to reduce prices.

I've never heard of a time of the year factor. Hotels yes, but not long term condos or houses.
