Hua Hin in September

Post by carlito »

Hi Guys,

I am probably coming to Hua Hin in September and would like to get a rough idea of what it's like at that time of year. I usually come in February, so I was wondering if it will be drastically different.

What is the weather usually like in September? I know it's the raining season, but does it just rain for a couple of hours a day or is it constant?

Also, are all the bars open? Or are some shut because of less tourism at that time of the year?

Any info would be appreciated

I've usually visited in Late August/ September, and everything seems to be up and running. You can bargain a bit more for cheaper accomodation.

How is the weather at the moment in Hua Hin .. ?

On forecast sites the forecast for the next days shows thunderstorms and rain ...
Do you have bad (rain) weather all the day long, or only a couple of hours at the moment ...

I hope i will have some time without rain in september ..., biut i know is alittle bit like playing lottery games...

It's been relatively good lately, overcasting, not much rain.

By the end of September it will be dry and hot. The best time of the year IMHO.

Doesn't the weather usually change after Loy Krathong? When's that? October? November? I too remember some extremely wet Septembers! :(
