Book donation to local school or library or ...?

Hello,

I feel at 66 I finally have to write a testament.

I have quite a few books on Britain, British History & English dictionaries.
I am yet undecided if I should donate them to a local (school) library (which?)
or a Bangkok library (National Library?).

Is there a public library in Hua Hin?

What's your opinion?
