Budget Accommodation around city centre

My budget is 7,000-10,000 bht
Room for 1 person, double bed, fan or A/C
Around the city centre

Here's a map to show where my preference for area , although i most likely will be getting a scooter or bike at the very least while I'm there so will be flexible, so long as it isn't so far away from my location. I'll be training at the gym located on the map so will be going along the 3218 road, so preferably somewhere closeby or in the city centre

I have contacted a few of them asking for their monthly rates, hoping that it will work out to be cheaper for a long stay

Also open to studios/condos if they are available for a month if anyone knows any
