Try Index and Tesco Lotus (Homepro). I think they both have it.
I intend to live forever - so far so good.

You could also try the Cabinet shop. That is where we got our blinds fro (not vertical though). Made to measure and fitted by them. They did a very good job. Pleasant sales assistants too.

BLINDS

Post by Diana Hind »

Hi,

We had a lot of windows too and some very big, we found a fantastic local Thai man opposite the PTT garage in cha-am, the one near the Springfield beach resort. The cost for 26 window was only just around 80,000 baht

Hello! Just bumping this thread to ask if you know if the blinds retailers you mentioned, like Index, Tesco Lotus (Homepro) or the Cabinet shop also provide pleated blinds. I have a friend that lives in Thailand and she doesn't know where to get these, so I wanted to help her out by searching and asking online. Here is the text she provided me to better understand what she wants, I will post it here to help you as well: The slim 20mm pleats make the blind neatly fit into any size window. The blinds are particularly suitable for conservatories, orangeries and sunrooms. There are two types of pleated blinds, freehanging for windows and conservatory walls, skylight blinds for square and rectangular glass and conservatory ceilings. Our pleated blinds manufactured with ASC fabrics with their solar reflective backing will keep your conservatory cool in summer and save money on heating costs in winter. Our translucent fabrics gently filter and soften the light whilst still giving your room privacy. Thank you so much and have a good day!

There is a curtain shop close to soi 6. Turn right after crossing the canal and they are about 200m on the right side. They make and install all types of curtains and blinds to order. If you have a picture of what is needed take it with you. The lady in the shop is called "Lek" and speaks reasonable English. They fitted my home with curtains and blinds of all types. They have a comprehensive collection of samples, styles but of course made to order.

Edited to change side of road. I really should know left from right at my age :D
