You may want to let us at HHAD know what this is all about also.

No big deal, there's a townhouse for rent on soi 88/1, one of the absolutely nicest sois around HH.
The owner of the house lives next door. He is Chinese, who are not known for their tact nor their reticence.
This fellow is such a noisy creature I've never met before. Anyone living next door will go totally
bonkers in six hours flat. I've heard him several times and would pour molten lead in my ears just
not to hear him. You won't believe the racket he and his gang of several make.

Were this fellow a female American divorce lawyer she could castrate any male at hundred paces
by her voice alone. I mean, shear them right off!

Now, do not get me started on the rental on the inner court near Hua Hin night plaza, where
the falangs have paid double and triple electricity bills for many years now. The neighbour
is leeching the power from the feeding line between the meter and the rental property.

TIT!

Ahh ... noisy @ssholes for neighbours, I'm no stranger to that. I honestly think some people are totally oblivious to the noise they make and the effect they have on everyone around them ... in England we call them "pikeys".

In England, bad neighbours can be in deep trouble with the authorities whether they own the premises or just rent.
The "I had no idea I was causing so much trouble" just dosn't wash.
I've nearly killed a dog 10 mins ago because it wasn't letting the children over the road come out to play - and the kids are not noisy.
