Abandoned pup needs a home

A neighbour has been gone for a couple of months and shows no sign of returning in the near future, leaving a lovely little dog uncared for. She's being fed by various neighbours, but we all have dogs of our own or don't want one.

She's just over a year old, quite small, all black and very affectionate. She can get in and out at will (having chewed her way through the wooden gate...) and I'd hate to see her become yet another soi dog fending for herself. All she needs is a family (children would love her) and some training.

Can anyone help?

Can you please kick your neighbour in the a.. and were its needed to understand that its not the way to treat a dog,hate when people do that.
