Challenging customer service at Kura Manao

First time there a month ago they didn't serve what I ordered, substituting pork for chicken. Second time, also didn't get what I ordered. Main ingredient was correct but that's all. On both occasions I was too pressed for time to give them another chance to get it right.

Both meals were good, but I'm not a fan of semi-random food.
