Hi,

we are looking for a house to rent. We ask for 1 house with 5-6 bedrooms (hard to find it and not expecting this honestly) or 2 houses, each 3-4 bedrooms (being close to each other (one village)).
Our badget is 80k bath - 100k bath per month. We would like to stay here 6 months - 12 months. Expect a house with pool and be close to the beach (up to 2 km). We can move ASAP. We are not some crazy party guys, just want to make a long pieceful vacation.
Staying in Hua Hin for next 24-48 hrs.

Thx for the link but We have gone through 10 properties shops last 2 days and no success to find something which fulfil our requirements.
Most of offered houses were to far from the beach - (more than 3 kms) and in area with no restaurants, shops etc.
Also most of them were only 3 bedrooms (4 is more preferable for us).

Lance, finding a large house on the beach in Hua Hin within your budget might be a big ask. Have you thought of looking at Pak Nam Pran, a town further south. You will get more for your buck there and might find something close to or on the beach. An Internet search will bring up a few different options. As we are approaching both Easter and Songkran, availability could be limited until after these holidays. Good luck with your search.

Hi Peter

There's a 3-bedroom sea-facing house for rent at 19 Rai with a small pool. When we enquired they were asking 50,000bt a month (well out of our budget, unfortunately). There's only the one, but there's an apartment block right next to it so perhaps you could have the house as a communal thing and rent a couple of apartments too?

I think forum rules prohibit me from giving the number out, and I don't think I have it anyway, so you'll need to head down there yourself to find it.

There is a one important requirement i forgot to put in to the 1st post.
Internet. We require to have a stable internet connection and wi-fi doesnt provide this. We are thinking right now about condos/apartments as an other option but they are much more expensive and unfortunately most of them have that wi-fi connection.

You would have to negotiate the internet connection with the owner/landlord. Most rental houses provide Internet access these days, whether or not it meets your specific requirements is another matter. There are others on here who know more about this subject and the costs involved.
