Condo room for rent - proximity to soi 80

Hi expats. Im struggling to find something so asking for a bit of help.

Im looking for a room to rent within motorcycle distance to soi 80. Say 5 min.

On the need list is v good Internet.furnished, Hot water and a/c. I do a bit of work online. Can do a 3 month contract if necessary.

Budget is 7k per month but can go up.

Looked at 3 places so far but no good.
