Alternative to P&A Notary

Please can anyone suggest a reliable alternative to P&A Notary, for the purposes of obtaining a letter confirming my address for motor vehicle registration in a foreigner's name?

I have used P&A Notary over the years but now finding its service to be unhelpful and unresponsive.

Thanks very much for the replies. May I ask, what documentation does Immigration require? Given that the purpose of the vehicle registration letter is a kind of proof of address, is there anything required to substantiate that?
