Buying aftermarket motorcycle parts online

Post by buksida »

Thought I'd post this since there are no big bike parts/accessory shops in Hua Hin or the area and there are plenty of aftermarket parts available. The official motorbike dealerships will fleece you for non-standard parts.

I use a website called http://www.k-speed.net to get bike parts, they're based in Bangkok and service and delivery is very good. Last order took only three days to arrive. The only problem is that the site is in Thai only but its pretty easy to find what you're looking for.

Ride on!

No - it has to be all in Thai, get your mrs to call them to confirm the order.

Cheers U.S. but no hurry... I'm stuck in the M.E. S.H.I.T.E.H.O.L.E. just now.
Will get one ordered... pain in the hoop oiling the chain without a stand.

Motorcycle accessories

Post by ARW »

Have been in the market for a new helmet and found Hua Hin to be wasteland as far as quality accessories and service are concerned. Happened upon a website for a Bangkok shop and checked them out. Prices are competitive and service is excellent. Seem to have a good amount of stock too. One of their staff has excellent english. Ordered new AGV helmet on Wednesday and was delivered to Hua Hin on Thursday.
Seems no bike shop in Hua Hin was willing or able to do this to get a sale. Check out the website below.

Here's another great shop in BKK. Purchased my helmet there 4 years ago. Great selection.

Why is it called 'after dark' when it really is 'after light'?
