Wanted: scuba tank

Hello boys and girls.
I am looking for a scuba tank , new or 2nd hand , who can have 200 to 300 bar.
A 5 liter will do , a bigger as well.
Purpose : to fill up a PCP rifle.
Info about where to fill up these tanks is welcome also.

Might want to take a trip to Koh Tao or visit Dive Supply in Bangkok - very unlikely you'll get one in Hua Hin, and I don't know anywhere you can get a fill.

Thanks Buksida , I heard about some diving possibility is Pranburi , but until now no decent info.
Tanks are available in the gun shop also , I guess the filling will be a bigger problem.
Earlier this week I went to the fire department in H.H. and there ---> a pile of scuba tanks !!!
So I felt like a boy in a toy store , but on my question to get a fill there = they did when they have number of tanks to do , so for me no problem...
Then came the remark (from the firemen) about maybe loosing my tank.

Make long story short : no refill there.
It's the first time since I came to Thailand back in 1992 that I've met a Thai who didn't care about getting some cash on the side.
So my quest will go on...
