Anyone know whats become of The Phatra Marina in Pranburi

I'm not quite sure where to post this. I'm wondering what ever happend to the Marina and YC. I used to work there but have long since had any contact from ex-members or employees. I've heard rumors from the inlaws that somethings going on there again (these would be the same who's cow is getting sick every 2 months). Any info would be great, I'm looking to move back to the area and I'm in the marine field.
