Baguette restaurant, does anyone know who the owner is?

Whoever the owners' are they are to be lauded for a very nice establishment with nice service, staff and atmosphere. On visiting the Golden Place I always visit The Baguette. Good bakery and good products!

I agree to all the praise for Baguette it is a real treat to have a coffee and one of their fresh pastries. The only improvement I would like to see is in the product they got their name from: baguette. I love baguette and most of the baguette you can buy here in Hua Hin are not baked the way they should be. The only one I could find -which comes very close to a real baguette- is in Yamazaki, the bakery shop just in front of Tesco, next to the Watsons store. Unfortunately they don't have them all day (I'm talking about the real crusty ones, which you can break and not pull like a rubber band). I was tempted already to bring one of those to the Baguette shop and show the owner but I'm afraid they will feel hurt to hear that their baguette are not as good as someone else's.
I know it looks a bit stupid to talk in length about a piece of bread but it came to my mind when I read the subject about Baguette.

Stop it right there. You are in Thailand, not in la France. What you suggest would be an insult to the shop, although they would smile politely at you.
Be happy you have found something useful in the Yamazaki shop, get up early, and buy your baguettes there.

Well, not every Thai people think about insulting when someone try to suggest somethings nicely.... like me i would think about their intention first.....

Also I believe that the owner of Baquette restaurant would not think about anything about insulting, refer to my experience with them( i don't know them personally). I believe that they would admire the faithfully telling. Also another point is i do believe people like things differently....
