Wanted 2/3 bedroom pool villa Hua Hin

I am looking for a 2/3 bedroom pool villa in the Hua Hin area, i prefer south of the town (could include Khao Tao) but we definitely do not want to be on a gated community, unless it is a very small development of say a few houses (I would say less than 10), and i prefer a stand alone property.

Budget around 4/5 mill baht
