Bangkok lawyer imperative in house purchase?

Post by MajorBloodnok »

If so, how and where do I find one? :?

Obviously the trip to Hua Hin would be added to expenses. :guns:

Hello

I and I know of other successfully purchased a house in Hua Hin by forming a Thai corporation.
This was done through an accounting office and we never needed a lawyer.
This was 3 years ago..

The company is PSAC near phetkasem road, the phone number is 032 515 4444

They will also prepare and submit the annual balance sheet to the government

Good luck

How much are they charging you for the annual returns?

Google a few companies, send them your requirements and get some quotes. If they include the trip to HH it will probably still work out cheaper than using Hua Hin based legal firms which are extortionate to say the least.

Hi Paul

That's a keen figure, mine are about 8,000 to 10,000 via a family member in BKK

I have to agree with this suggestion, I retained a well known company in the NE

They were not only cheaper but they managed to provide a Usafruct for my property when a HH Lawyer claimed this was not possible unless I was legaly married. The HH lawyer recommended a lease agreement instead at a much higher cost than a Usafruct.

The added bonus of using an external Lawyer for your house purchase is that they should be impartial

amateuer,

thanks for your advice!

Thanks to the wonders of the internet I have found a suitable law firm and a Hua Hin bank.

Have a nice weekend!

Throwing stones and name calling. Don't you have to be over 13 to be a member of HHAD?

Not pleasure but informative to many I would have thought.
Could make good Sunday reading in the absence of the News Of The World.
