Power Kiting in Hua Hin

I am aware of the fact that Hua Hin is one of the best recommended locations for Power Kite Surfing in Thailand, and witnessed the activity during my recent visit last Xmas.
However, I have not seen any reference to its suitability for power kite buggying.
I did notice one suitable stretch of beach located near Cha'am, that had perfectly adequate space and good hard compacted sand, and I was just wondering if any one knows of any activity relating to buggying taking place anywhere along the massive stretch of beach from Hua Hin / Chaam and beyond.

Good stretch of beach south of Khao Takiab, Khao Takiab beach and Suan Son Beach, my neighbour does similar, I'll try find out more info!

I think my neighbour does like beach yachting, this is all foreign to me but I'll find out which beach he goes to!
