Sargent hospitalized

Post by hhfarang »

Sargent, AKA, Dave (Tweety Bird avatar) for those who know him, was admitted to Hua Hin Hospital last night shortly after his last post on the News forum for what is thought to be a heart attack. I just found out from a mutual friend. Will post more as I learn more...

That's not good news at all. A quick recovery Sarge. A lesson for all of us, don't get worked up over this political crap here or anywhere. :( Pete

I'm not saying that's what caused it... he has a history of heart problems. HHADFan called me from Bangkok to let me know.

Everyone who knows Sarge knows he is a big opinionated, but very well meaning guy who is sensitive to the feelings and plight of others (especially the poorer Thais) so I'm sure everyone wishes him well (including me) and a speedy recovery.

Sarge when you recover and get back home I am coming round with a few HHAD heavies and

1) We are going to destroy your breakfast fare and get you onto Muesli, Yogurt and fresh fruit

2) your horde of Chang will be donated to a just cause (Lomu)

3) Your fags will be the subject of a Thai bonfire night

4) your internet and TV watching will be reduced in favour of early morning jogging on the beach

Get well soon buddy. forum needs you :thumb: :thumb:
