Backyard Steak Restaurant

Post by buksida »

I don't often do restaurant recommendations as we rarely eat out in Hua Hin but this place does deserve a mention.

Its a spacious eatery situated on Petchkasem road just past the Shell station heading north. The deal is this: 159 baht for all you can eat steak buffet with beef/pork/chicken cuts, sauces, fish, fries, potatoes, sausages, all kinds of veg, a large salad selection and Thai style desserts. You can go up as often as you want and keep feeding. The quality was pretty good too ... highly recommended. :thumb:

Walked past it many times after being to the Computer shop next door and wondered but never heard any reports about it. Will give it a try next time my Computer equipment need some additives or antibiotics

We did have a good review of the place on here before, but there was some confusion about the name so it probably went unnoticed.
I keep meaning to try it myself as a friend of mine uses it.

Hi, Buksida what steaks are they cooking there?, been to a couple of steak restuarants in HH but the steaks are bad quality, not like Australian, probably Thai meat.

I've got one of their cards and they say it's only 109THB for those under 120cms.
Can you make that?

I have been to this place a few times in the past year, and it is indeed very good value for money - would recommend you try it.

I'm still looking for a place that serves an edible steak at a reasonable price. Will indeed give it a try. Thanks for the recommendation. :thumb:

Buksi, is that buffet all the time (lunch and dinner) or is it only at certain times or on certain days?

I have been there a few times; Steak is good, they will cook the steak to order too.
I think Sushi was missed off the list.

It's good value for money.

Natta's on soi 88 would be the answer to your wish. Try their beef with potatoes and sauces to your liking for only 295 baht, you will not be disappointed.

There were times set but between the breakfast buffet and the dinner one they covered most of the day.

So... sounds like it's an "all buffet" restaurant with maybe different buffet's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'll have to give it a try!

Thanks!
