What? A Disney Theme Park? Naa This is something that Hua Hin defnately not need!
Your's very Chillin The Understudy!!!
Webcams or CCTV surveillance? Reminds me too much of UK. No thanks.

No no You don't hafta worry I'mean the low resolution web cams the one that refreshes every 10 Min. depending how you set them up. And only @ Tourists spots like The Petchkasem/Nightmarket Intersection, on the Top of Hilton overlooking Naresdamri Rd. fpr example!
With the low resolution and a click and paste block our Privacy would be insured. Don't worry Mrs Dawn the System should only be used for Tourism purposes to give comming Tourists a slight glance of how Hua Hin looks like and for me and others when I'm outside of Thailand to see how Hua Hin has develloped without showing much detail not compromising someones security!
Sorry to have you reminded of the UK I hope this might ease it a bit!

Here's a similar deal they have on Koh Samui. I remember seeing web cams of Ko Samui many years ago. I think they may have been first here, or one of the first. Pete
In an idle moment last night, I had a search on the net for webcams in the Hua Hin area. The only one I found appeared to be from an Italian restaurant somewhere. As it was dark I couldn't see where it was and the site was all in Italian so I'm not even 100% sure it was in Hua Hin; I'll have a look later and see if anyone is putting chilli sauce on their pizza.
What we need is for the police to ditch the great scheme of a recently demised prime minister to set traffic lights to ridiculously long intervals. 170 seconds waiting at one set of lights only to then reach, after a few hundred metres, the second set whch is not synchronised and to then endure another 170 seconds wait costs time and money and god knows how much extra carbon into the atmnosphere. Al Gore should be invited to make a movie on the Hua Hin Traffic Lights Farce.
