have just spent an excellent 10 days staying with jing and peter , for anyone wishing to stay in hua hin give there place a look.
fantastic location right in the centre of things, great staff, great service , fantastic hospitality.
well appointed rooms spotlessly cleaned every day.
will definatley be returning for a second visit.

I stayed at Jings for a month earlier this year and found Peter, Jing and the staff great hosts! I rented one of their New Suite rooms which was spacious and well equiped (fridge, TV, DVD player etc)
Being located bang in the heart of the nightlife also saved a lot of cash during the month on taxis!
They also have a massage service and each of the three girls working there (at the time) perfomed excellent (straight!) oil massage! Enjoyed it so much I used to extend the hour service to 1.5 hours - really relaxing!
Jing used to do a weekly BBQ - great food and amazing value for around 50 baht!! She spent most of the day preparing it - bless her cotton socks!!

Have stayed there a few times now and really regard Peter and Jing as friends - and agree with all the comments here re both the guest house and massage side. Often go off for a few games of pool and a couple of beers with Peter and enjoy just idling time sitting around the front of the parlour with Jing and the girls just chatting away and having a bit of a laugh (killing me now thinking about it and being in cold wet England instead of being there !)
Re the question on the internet, there are about 4 PCs (you can hook up your own laptop if you prefer) in a room just by the courtyard and rates are very reasonable.
Peter - if you read this, how's your pool practice coming along !
