Black Canyon coffee bar

This place is in the Tescos lotus building.
We ordered 4 items.
Iced coffee came warm with very little ice in it
Water the ice had bits of polythene in it.
My partners meal was just about edible
I ordered a smoked chicken salad (unusual for me I normally only eat Thai) was so unlike the picture in the menu it was like comparing the QE2 with a rowing boat.
We pointed 3 of these out to the waitress and asked for the Manager, surprise Manager not there. I paid for 3 of the items as we had consumed them. My meal was returned and left no tip.
I would not recommend this place to my ex mother in law (she may survive)

Well, at least you were served. The last time that I was in there, after the usual plastic "Sawadee", I was completely ignored for the 20 minutes that I sat there waiting. Again, it seems that it was the Managers golf day.
It is such a big place that I supposed some old Farang alone could get overlooked? BTW, they did notice me leaving.

We waired for 5 minutes then called the waitress over because she was busy doing nothing

They used to be quite good in there, but the last time I went in (a few weeks ago) the service wasn't good & the menu had changed. When I ordered, the portions were much smaller than they had been previously & the prices were up by 10% to 20%.

New management?

I won't be hurrying back.

I went to this place several times last June and last december. I never had a problem... Maybe the manager changed and has a very poor management ?
