The new technology was me simply upgrading his version of Windows from one written in 1996 to one written in 2002. It makes all the difference.

Did this require an upgrade to a 80386 Intel processor or did you manage to get it running on the Spectrum Z81.
Ha ha ,
nice old bitter memories :D
Maybe Commodore C64 is a correct answer :thumb:

we could make it a regular feature on Saturday's drinking sessions for the losers to buy the week's winner a beer.
I think it's the rest of us who own Lomu a beer each.

OK, OK I misread the original proposal. I think the prural of loser(s) confused me. So Lomu owes BG a beer for last week and somebody (I am not sure who) owes somebody else (maybe Lomu) a beer for this week. So Lomu you can can come out of your coma now now and get the colour back in your cheeks knowing that you are even.

Now who is going to buy a beer for the club leader???????

Well tonight was a bit better for me. I let my head rule my heart and only put in a three one win for Chelsea. As for Arsenal defence after last week's clash with Chelsea who would have guessed that they would let in a goal by humble Chelsea neighbours Fulham.

Anyway, if Lomu overtakes me, I will drop my trousers in front of the nearest Sainsbury's superstore at 3:00 PM an a Sunday afternoon, so long as he pays the travel costs.

That being the case, I'll wait for Sainsburys to open in HH first, Guess.

Despite a terrible midweek performance I still find I am top of the table. As a Chelsea supporter I am now becoming accustomed to being at the top and staying there for the rest of the saeson.

Remarkable peformances by Wanderlust, BG and Jockey. Could you all really have backed Middlesborough to win away for the first time since the Napoleonic wars or was this clever usage of the insurance chip.

Yes, I had insurance on Birmingham - Middlesbrough match. Correct scores on Chelskie's and Ports vs Villa matches + a banker bonus on Gunners. In the fantasy premier league a game week of 72 points saw me leapfrog to second place.

Didnt do too well myself, mostly wrong predictions but bankers and insurances where it counted to stop me losing points overall.
